Responsibilities
- Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Public Relations & Culture Assistant to help strengthen our brand, celebrate our employees, and create meaningful connections throughout the communities we serve.
- Ordering promotional items and print to support internal teams Oversee company merchandise (clothing, swag, etc.) Assist with social media content, employee spotlights, hiring campaigns, and community promotions.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to promote Phoenix services and career opportunities.
- Support projects that strengthen employee engagement and community involvement.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, public relations, recruiting, communications, event planning, or community outreach is helpful, but not required.
- You don't need years of experience in public relations or marketing.
Compensation
- $18.00 - $21.00 per hour What You'll Do Coordinate community outreach events, networking opportunities, and employee engagement activities.
