Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
  • Supports clinicians and partners through clarity, reliability, and trust
  • Drives successful implementation of nursing software, workflow, and system improvements
  • Inspired by lux -meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of nursing workflows and clinical practice environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate workflows, processes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $95,000 USD

  • Experience in nursing education, clinical education, or practice-based training
