Responsibilities
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
- Supports clinicians and partners through clarity, reliability, and trust
- Drives successful implementation of nursing software, workflow, and system improvements
- Inspired by lux -meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of nursing workflows and clinical practice environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate workflows, processes, and opportunities for improvement
- Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training
Compensation
- $90,000 - $95,000 USD

- Experience in nursing education, clinical education, or practice-based training
