About the role
- You should excel at crafting relationships from scratch and move quickly at the top of funnel.
- Within the first 30 days you'll learn to pitch the Coalition story, master the ideal candidate profile and translate that into robust pipelines at every stage.
- Each day you'll be spending time in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, Glean and more.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, outbound outreach, referrals, and effective use of multiple recruiting tools (Juicebox, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, design structured interview plans, and align on clear success criteria.
- Lead offer processes for complex technical hires, shaping compensation and closing strategies to win candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on profiles, interview design, and hiring decisions.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including consistent documentation, pipeline tracking, and follow-through.
- Background hiring for remote or distributed technical teams across the United States and Canada.
- Experience supporting early-stage or scaling startups where each hire is closely tied to company-level priorities and outcomes.
