  • Shape the future of AI-assisted software development - Evaluate, experiment with, and operationalize AI coding agents and development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood use Assembled to coordinate their entire support operation - in-house agents, BPOs, and AI - in a single operating system.
  • With AI Agents that resolve cases end-to-end, AI Copilot for agent assistance, and AI-powered workforce management that optimizes both human and AI capacity, Assembled helps teams deliver faster, better service while making smarter decisions about how to staff and automate.
  • Backed by $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe, we're building the platform that makes AI and human collaboration actually work.
  • Build product experiences end to end - Own customer-facing features from concept through production across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Lead frontend implementation for complex products - Build intuitive, performant user experiences while bringing strong judgment around frontend architecture, state management, and application design.
  • Strengthen our frontend foundations - Improve performance, maintainability, developer experience, and technical quality across our React application. Drive major upgrades and architectural improvements when needed.
  • Partner deeply with product and design - Turn ambiguous customer problems into elegant product experiences and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
  • Help us determine how engineers and AI work together to build products faster, with higher quality, and greater leverage.
  • You'll partner closely with product and design, move quickly from idea to production, and help shape both what we build and how we build it.
  • Experience improving frontend performance, application architecture, build systems, or developer experience at scale.

Requirements

  • Assembled is required to verify your right to work in the UK and will conduct a Right to Work check prior to employment in accordance with applicable law.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to comfortably move between frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
