Responsibilities
- The Process Manager leads the Project Coordination Team and provides oversight for projects exceeding $50,000, ensuring adherence to standardized processes, risk management practices, resource planning requirements, and performance objectives.
- This position partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Safety, and Leadership to optimize workflows, improve organizational performance, and deliver sustainable business results.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized business processes, workflows, procedures, and governance frameworks across departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness and drive accountability.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, requirements, and project execution methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure resources, priorities, and project deliverables support organizational goals.
- Drive consistency in project planning, scheduling, reporting, change management, and documentation practices.
- Lead and develop the Project Coordination Team to ensure consistent application of project management processes and standards.
- Own the processes governing equipment and asset transitions throughout their lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, startup, operational handoff, shutdown, replacement, and decommissioning.
Compensation
- $76,100 - $95,100 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
