Responsibilities
- Build targeted pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates through outbound sourcing.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles and refine search strategy.
- As an early member of the Talent team, you will learn to find and engage top candidates and build outreach playbooks from scratch.
- The people you surface become the engineers, sellers, and operators who build PointOne.
Requirements
- A degree from a top university
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with no prior sourcing background required
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
