Responsibilities
- You will drive quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- This high-impact role oversees a $50M+ operation supporting approximately 700 employees across residential services, ICF/IID, day programs, employment services, and community-based supports.
- As a key partner to the COO and executive team, you will shape regional strategy, support growth and acquisition initiatives, navigate complex operational challenges, and develop high-performing leaders.
- Support business development initiatives, acquisitions, change-of-ownership activities, integration efforts, and strategic projects that expand services and strengthen regional operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop senior leaders while building leadership pipelines, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture aligned with Dungarvin's mission and values.
- Proven experience overseeing $50M+ budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, labor management, and resource allocation while leveraging operational metrics to improve performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and operational reporting systems, with experience leveraging Power BI dashboards and analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.

- Drive Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Strengthen quality assurance systems, monitor performance trends, ensure regulatory readiness, and proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Strategic Growth & Change Management: Experience leading multi-state initiatives, M&A activities, change-of-ownership processes, RFPs, business development efforts, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Typically Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility required to support operational priorities, executive meetings, acquisitions, and urgent business needs.
- Strong knowledge of ID/DD/IDD, ICF, HCBS, Medicaid Waiver programs, managed care models, CMS requirements, state licensing regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility required to support operational priorities, executive meetings, acquisitions, and urgent business needs.

- $150,000-180,000 Annually plus bonus potential
