May implement process improvements on a project level.
Performs work which involves the use of conventional engineering practices.
Writes and performs component tests with some supervision.
Performs work which involves conventional engineering practices, but includes a variety of complex features, such as conflicting design requirements, non-standard materials and difficult coordination requirements.
Provides direct support of sales and development by sharing information in the form of proposals and design reviews
Independently writes and performs component tests.

4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 4+ years equivalent experience
All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 4+ years equivalent experience
International

Effective written and verbal communication skills including presentations (internal only)
Basic technical writing skills (procedures, reports, etc.).
Competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting.
Basic ability to understand and interpret industry and Woodward technical standards including quality system standards and PLC process
Basic use and understanding of FEA tools, basic use of DFSS tools and methodologies
Effective time management skills.
Other Qualifications:
4 Year Bachelors BS degree+ 1 Year of experience or MS
International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
Writes and communicates technical reports. Solid technical writing skills(EARS, procedures, reports, etc.)
Competent skills in complex problem solving and trouble-shooting.
May guide level 1 and 2 Engineers.
