Responsibilities
- May implement process improvements on a project level.
- Performs work which involves the use of conventional engineering practices.
- Writes and performs component tests with some supervision.
- Performs work which involves conventional engineering practices, but includes a variety of complex features, such as conflicting design requirements, non-standard materials and difficult coordination requirements.
- Provides direct support of sales and development by sharing information in the form of proposals and design reviews
- Independently writes and performs component tests.

Requirements
- 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
- International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 4+ years equivalent experience
- All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
- Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 4+ years equivalent experience

Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills including presentations (internal only)
- Basic technical writing skills (procedures, reports, etc.).
- Competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting.
- Basic ability to understand and interpret industry and Woodward technical standards including quality system standards and PLC process
- Basic use and understanding of FEA tools, basic use of DFSS tools and methodologies
- Effective time management skills.
- Other Qualifications:
- 4 Year Bachelors BS degree+ 1 Year of experience or MS
- International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
- Writes and communicates technical reports. Solid technical writing skills(EARS, procedures, reports, etc.)
- Competent skills in complex problem solving and trouble-shooting.
- May guide level 1 and 2 Engineers.
Compensation
- $77,000 (Minimum) - $100,000 (Midpoint) - $123,000 (Maximum)
- Estimated annual
- $93,000 (Minimum) - $121,000 (Midpoint) - $149,000 (Maximum)
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
- Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%)
