About the role
- The Technical Product Manager (TPM) bridges the gap between complex business workflows and technical engineering execution.
- Operating within GDOT’s enterprise IT environment, the TPM is responsible for assessment of specialized applications, platforms or data product requests.
- This role requires a blend of business acumen and a deep understanding of technical architecture, system integrations, and data structures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or technical program management experience, preferably within a government agency, enterprise IT, or transportation technology ecosystem. ·
- Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). ·
- Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts is highly desirable
