About the role

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA.
With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments.

Supervise field survey teams, coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and technical precision.
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying and land mapping on construction sites.
LSIT (Land Surveyor In Training) certification strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven ability to train, guide, and direct field personnel on active construction projects.
Proficiency with modern survey instruments, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
