About the role
- The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store.
- This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the Fashion Category
- Lead total Fashion category performance - including sales, behaviors, and standards
- Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
- Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion
- Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches
- Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
- Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling

Compensation
- Base pay, $15.75 – $22.10 plus commission on sales.
