Progressive Accounting Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting, coupled with the successful completion of CPA exams.
CPA Designation: Possession of a CPA designation, or active progress towards fulfilling the required hours for certification.
Management Proficiency: Experience in managing audit and assurance engagements and leading teams.
Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to provide value-added services to clients, with a strong commitment to their success.
ASPE Knowledge: Proficiency in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) requirements is necessary.
Software Competence: Experience with Caseware and Taxprep software is highly desirable.
Deadline-Oriented: Strong understanding of a client-focused environment, awareness of related deadlines, and the capability to consistently meet them.
Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public accounting, coupled with the successful completion of CPA exams.
Possession of a CPA designation, or active progress towards fulfilling the required hours for certification.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
