Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative environment, prioritizing emotional stabilization, safety, and the cultivation of psychosocial resilience.
- Partner closely with our internal case managers and clinical teams to ensure a holistic, seamless support system for every member.
- Maintain a vigilant focus on member safety within all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements
- Experience with single session-model (an asset) Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
- You may be required to communicate in French and English.
