About the role
- LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to join our team.
- Locations: Vance AFB, OK Job Description: Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation.
- Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
- Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
- The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related.
- 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
