About the role

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to join our team.
Locations: Vance AFB, OK Job Description: Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation.
Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.

Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related.
2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
