Responsibilities

Facilitate or co-facilitate intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and support admissions as programming launches
Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient group, and IOP group therapy sessions
Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
Perform other duties as assigned
Centralized billing, credentialing support, and malpractice/liability insurance at no cost.

Requirements

Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings
The ability to grow earnings through session volume, incentives, and overtime eligibility.

Compensation

for this role is $35-46/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities.
Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate.
Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.
