Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive structural engineering practice
- Experience leading strategic business development initiatives in a structural engineering firm
- Experience leading and managing a team of engineers
- Experience presenting engineering-related items to clients, boards, public officials, and other outside stakeholders
Nice to have
- Additional Preferred Experience/
Skills
- Professional Structural Engineering License
- Prior engineering consulting firm experience
- Experience with Quality Control reviews of structural drawings and specifications.
- Project management experience and prior construction experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Established NCEES Record
Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and expertise.
- The typical salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000.
- Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
