About the role

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage Anticipated End Date: June 30, 2027

Connect and maintain relationships with established nonprofit partners.
Create and manage all RSVP forms and registrations in relation to service projects/opportunities.
Track and document participation in all service projects/opportunities as well as invested service hours throughout the year.
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
Must be proficient in the major Microsoft 365 platforms such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, etc.
Must be willing to serve alongside the Ingram Honors College student body (both on campus and off campus).
Must be comfortable in leading groups of students for service projects/opportunities (both on campus and off campus).
Must be comfortable in communicating with internal GCU employees as well as external GCU stakeholders and partners (e.g., nonprofit organizations).
Must have an attitude and desire to constantly learn and grow.
Must be self-motivated and have willingness to initiate and create ideas even when no checklist is provided.
Must be able to work in 4+ hour shifts or have flexibility with hours.
Must be able to work year-round through the summer in the state of Arizona.
