About the role

  • The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact projects and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices that elevate project management performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary, or strategic projects.
  • Access Limited brings over a century of steep-slope expertise and operates North America's largest fleet of spider excavators, delivering complex rockfall and geotechnical solutions in the most challenging environments.
  • To be considered for this role, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • The team's combined expertise lies in crafting and implementing optimized solutions that prioritize the safety of individuals and improve infrastructure across the United States.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
