Responsibilities
- Manage Guardianships: Track 200+ cases, deadlines, and reports like a seasoned air-traffic controller.
- Attorney Support: Surface key updates and ensure attorneys always have what they need.
- Record Organization: Maintain digital files so clean even opposing counsel would be jealous.

Requirements
- Bi-lingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Research & Writing: You can brief a thorny issue in plain English-and proof your work without Grammarly holding your hand.

- We're hiring a Guardianship Case Manager to help families navigate guardianship cases with clarity and care.
- You'll draft pleadings, track a large guardianship docket, and be the steady voice clients turn to during stressful moments.
- Experience in guardianship is a plus, but if you bring grit, empathy, and organization, we'll train you.
- Prior legal or administrative experience preferred, but not required).
- Exceptional newcomers with rock-solid writing chops will be considered.
Skills
- Positive, coachable, stress-resilient, and genuinely curious about the law (clock-punchers need not apply).
- On-Site Commitment: Full-time at our El Paso office once renovations finish; brief remote training period possible.
