- As a Fleet Supervisor in our Philadelphia market, you'll work on-site and be hands on out of our Supply Chain airport location and travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Work within new and established Zipcar processes to manage the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of the area fleet.
- Negotiate and manage vendor service contracts to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and cleaned to Zipcar's high standard.
- Analyze and determine when damaged vehicles should be repaired, to maintain car condition and resale value.
- Manage the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles, including Zipcar branding preparation and installation of Zipcar's proprietary access system.
- Manage vendor performance on hundreds of weekly tasks to maximize vehicle condition and uptime and minimize costs.
- Work with Business Units to support performance improvement decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in managing staff, service contractors and other vendors.
- General knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
