- You'll work on-site in Whitewater, Wisconsin, at Coperion FHN, a Hillenbrand company.

Responsibilities
- Perform simple quality checks, such as visual inspections and basic function checks, to make sure work meets standards.
- You'll work alongside other manufacturing team members to keep work moving safely, share information, and support a respectful workplace where everyone feels included and can contribute to shared goals.
- Line up, fit, and fasten parts in the correct order and direction to meet build requirements.
- We design and manufacture feeding and material handling equipment that measures and moves material used in manufacturing.
- Your work will support safe operations, steady production, and long-term growth by helping deliver equipment that works the right way, every day.
Requirements
- Record work completed and parts used in required paperwork or systems to support accurate tracking.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by following safety rules, wearing required protective equipment, and practicing good housekeeping.
Skills
- High school diploma, General Educational Development certificate, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, pictures, and basic drawings.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools, or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to assemble parts correctly by checking fit and alignment.
- Ability to notice issues and speak up when something doesn't look right.
- Ability to complete basic paperwork or computer entries related to your work.
