About the role

You'll work on-site in Whitewater, Wisconsin, at Coperion FHN, a Hillenbrand company.

Perform simple quality checks, such as visual inspections and basic function checks, to make sure work meets standards.
You'll work alongside other manufacturing team members to keep work moving safely, share information, and support a respectful workplace where everyone feels included and can contribute to shared goals.
Line up, fit, and fasten parts in the correct order and direction to meet build requirements.
We design and manufacture feeding and material handling equipment that measures and moves material used in manufacturing.
Your work will support safe operations, steady production, and long-term growth by helping deliver equipment that works the right way, every day.

Record work completed and parts used in required paperwork or systems to support accurate tracking.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by following safety rules, wearing required protective equipment, and practicing good housekeeping.

High school diploma, General Educational Development certificate, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, pictures, and basic drawings.
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools, or willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to assemble parts correctly by checking fit and alignment.
Ability to notice issues and speak up when something doesn't look right.
Ability to complete basic paperwork or computer entries related to your work.
