About the role
- This position is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the ESPN+ streaming platform.
- This position works primarily with fall ticketed sporting events (Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, and Volleyball) and winter ticketed sports (Men's & Women's Basketball).
- Provides superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for all our patrons
Responsibilities
- Leads the interviewing, hiring and training of student workers on an as needed basis (including identifying, scheduling and training SLU student workers for ESPN+ productions including talent, producer/director, replay operator, graphic operator, camera operator and engineer)
- Manages the complimentary staff and donation ticket requests including fulfillment and documentation
- Performs various financial and operational duties, to include payment processing, financial reconciliation, ticket inventory management, invoicing and mailing fulfillment
- Works in collaboration with various groups to create and distribute postgame melts of events
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
- Follows and understands the streaming minimum requirements set forth by the Atlantic 10 Conference related to the A-10/ESPN media rights agreement
