- You'll own implementation and development work across our technology stack, including:
Requirements
- Strong AI skills, including hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code, as well as writing and maintaining CLAUDE.md files
- Experience integrating AI tools into real-world business workflows
- Strong GitHub proficiency, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, GitHub Actions, and repository management
- Solid software development experience in at least one modern programming language
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean
- Experience with modern AI-assisted web development workflows, including Lovable → GitHub → Cloudflare deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including secrets management, access controls, and secure deployment processes
- Ability to remain optimistic, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- You enjoy wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and solving problems without waiting for permission.

- $100,000 + annually, depending on experience
