About the role

  • Inputs and updates client data in the customer relationship management software.
  • Independently administers several assigned responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.
  • Extensive use of computers and keyboard.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accuracy of membership roster for select physician organizations.
  • Collaborate with practice coaches to obtain accurate data for enrollment.
  • Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers in databases and online systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive physician information and membership documentation.
  • Collaborate with Market Operations Managers and Operations Consultants to reconcile physician lists and administrative payments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and complete tasks on-time.
  • Must be a team player and operate in a collaborative working environment.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Salesforce, and AI tools

Nice to have

  • Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process preferred
