About the role
- Operate all lawn care and landscaping equipment in an experience and professional manner.
- Coordinate and participate in applying fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides in the control of pests, and weeds.
- All applications are to follow label instructions, and containers will be disposed of properly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment as indicated by manufacturer, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Maintain daily spray schedule.
- Maintain hard surface areas to be free of limbs, leaves, and debris.
- Routinely inspect college property for aberrations such as cracks and pot holes and report to supervisor Perform installations and repairs regarding campus irrigation systems.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation control systems for optimal conservation of water.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
