About the role
- DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an engineer focused on energy storage.

Responsibilities
- You'll be tasked with collaborating with the engineering, procurement, and construction teams as projects mature by engaging in contract negotiations, developing analytical capabilities, providing due diligence coordination, and optimizing layout and project designs.
- In addition, you'll maintain a technical library to conduct due diligence on various suppliers and you'll provide technical input to supplier sizing and designs.
- You'll provide technical support to various teams, including development, origination, financing, and insurance, by handling RFP technical submissions and review specifications.
- In this role, you'll support land use collaboration and provide technical assistance for offtake agreements, including operating conditions and performance testing.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Impressive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail are required.

Compensation
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $180,000.
