About the role

Responsibilities

  • This is a critical role within our operation that maintains reporting, problem solves unforeseen issues, and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding SCLS corporate safety goals.
  • Must become highly proficient with WMS (Korber, formerly High Jump) and drive efficiencies through systemic improvements.

Requirements

  • This position requires experience with Production Control, Volume Planning and Labor Planning.
  • Preferred experience with Conveyor Automation and/or Robotics experience is a plus, but not required.

Nice to have

  • Follow directions given by Production Controllers to complete daily job tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Verify accuracy of orders in the WMS.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting or exceeding all key performance indicators.
  • Solicit feedback and modify actions as appropriate to continually focus on improvements of company processes to ensure the customer's needs are met for high-quality, cost-effective logistics services.
  • Promote constant and measurable improvement
  • teach and facilitate SCLS' culture of continuous improvement.
