Take the reins of Trimble Field Systems global event portfolio and transform physical experiences into high-impact revenue engines.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of event specialists, establishing clear career progression and fostering a culture of excellence.
Partner with Marketing Operations to design and implement robust lead-capture workflows, data integration, and advanced lead-management strategies.
Prior experience designing complex lead distribution models for external dealer or distributor networks.

Proven leadership experience with 7+ years in event marketing, including at least 3 years directly managing a team.

Exceptional negotiation skills with global venues and exhibit houses.
Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills for pitching event strategies to executive leadership teams.

Deep technical proficiency with marketing tech stacks, specifically CRMs like Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo.
Strong background in the B2B technology, construction, or industrial sectors.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data management into actionable trends and revenue targets.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
