About the role

  • These analysis, measurement and control products are essential for gas leak detection in air conditioning/refrigeration and automotive manufacturing.
  • They are vital to equipment manufacturers and end-users in the complex fabrication of semiconductors and thin film coatings for optics, flat panel displays, solar cells and industrial vacuum coating applications.
  • Other users of our vacuum-based processes include the life sciences, research, aerospace, packaging, heat treatment, laser cutting and many other industrial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ISS Division's end-to-end materials planning and MRP execution, ensuring material availability across finished goods, subassemblies, and component parts while balancing inventory and service levels.
  • Optimize planning parameters, master data, reorder logic, and system settings to improve material flow, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Own shortage management, supply risk escalation, and recovery planning to minimize disruption to production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Lead the monthly SIOP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans while supporting a forward-looking 12-18 month planning horizon.
  • Lead capacity planning and RCCP analysis to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and mitigation opportunities across labor, materials, and production resources.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning organization, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and analytical rigor.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain operations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and material planning processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, and supply chain operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to have

  • SAP experience across materials or production planning
  • Exposure to SIOP/S&OP processes
  • APICS certification or Lean Six Sigma

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year.
