About the role
- TPG invests across a broadly diversified set of strategies, including private equity, impact, credit, real estate, and market solutions, and our unique strategy is driven by collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
- While leveraged finance remains the primary product within TPG's BD, this role will have exposure across the product offerings: Lev Fin, Equity, Real Assets / Securitizations, and Real Estate.
- Other incentives may also be available to certain eligible employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop new deal leverage reads for deal teams
- Lead initial lender / investor outreach
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of relevant investment banking experiences (e.g. leveraged finance, financial sponsors, liability management, credit) or similar experience at a major direct lender / credit fund
- Experience and desire to use and innovate with AI language models (e.g. Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT)

Compensation
- It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will be $115,000 - $130,000.
