Responsibilities
- Maintains strong client relationships by providing underwriting solutions to client issues and communicating underwriting decisions, compromises and solutions in a professional, client-focused manner.
- Develop business solutions to clients by partnering with them to identify unique, creative ways to solve their problems and improve their business results.
Requirements
- Gain valuable knowledge from and experience with diverse, caring colleagues around the world.
- Ensures rate quotes are fair and equitable to clients, profitable to RGA, and completed within required time frames.
Compensation
- $79,500.00 - $99,350.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
- In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
