Identify potential bottlenecks and help implement solutions to meet delivery deadlines
Provide support to Production Planners and Schedulers
Document history as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives
The candidate will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
4 years of relative experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Must be comfortable with organizing discussions across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or a related field. 4 years of relative experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
Understanding of how an ERP System flows.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with organizing discussions across all levels of the organization.
Organizational skills, including coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.
Interpersonal skills such as building rapport with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization

Related co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
