Execute and conduct research and development experimentation within a tissue culture laboratory setting where you support multiple research projects and coordinate with multiple project teams.
Develop and implement innovative laboratory techniques and systems needed to meet the lab's research goals, and provides technical training and mentorship on these methodologies.
Effective team communication via written documents, slide decks, and meeting participation.

You will use your knowledge of research laboratory operations and scientific communication to drive experimental outcomes to support emerging therapeutic hypotheses.

Demonstrated proficiency in the following methodologies, with a commitment to continuous advancement and optimization:
Proven ability to set functional independent goals based on experimental needs and succinctly and accurately communicate scientific results within a multidisciplinary project team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree plus at least five years of hands-on experimental laboratory experience performing mammalian tissue culture techniques (industry or academia).
