About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to shape and deliver data-driven commercial solutions that support market understanding, HCP segmentation, territory alignment, and omnichannel optimization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across commercial analytics, sales leadership, marketing, and business users, driving new business development through strategic account management and tailored solutioning.
- Support business development by creating customized proposals that include solution design, commercial use-case framing, expected business impact, timelines, and investment considerations.
- Track and manage sales activities in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate pipeline and sales funnel to support forecasting, internal alignment, and effective resource prioritization.

- Build and deepen relationships across Large Biopharma Commercial organizations, engaging stakeholders across commercial analytics, sales, field, marketing, and business leadership to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Own sales targets for new and assigned accounts, focusing on both landing high-value commercial use cases and expanding into broader platform relationships over time.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial workflows in life sciences, including how teams use data and analytics to drive market assessment, targeting, field strategy, and commercial execution.
- Experience selling into or partnering with senior stakeholders within Large Biopharma organizations, with the ability to navigate complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
- Ability to solve unstructured customer problems and connect them to clear commercial use cases, measurable outcomes, and expansion opportunities.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar formats.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as Gong, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, and improve sales execution.
- Proven track record of 5+ years identifying, qualifying, and closing new enterprise business in data, technology, or software, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or commercial analytics.
- History of consistently exceeding sales quotas tied to new business development and strategic account growth.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including VP- and C-level leaders, and translate business priorities into compelling solution strategies.
- Passion for healthcare, life sciences, data, and technology, with a genuine interest in helping commercial teams make better decisions through trusted insights and AI-enabled workflows.
- Network of Large Biopharma Commercial stakeholders across analytics, sales, field, marketing, or brand organizations.
- Experience selling healthcare data, analytics, or AI solutions into commercial life sciences teams.
- Experience interacting with, managing, or building AI agentic workflows.

Compensation
- $140,000 - $180,000 USD
- The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US.
