About the role

The Leasing Manager is responsible for implementing a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income.
The Leasing Manager will report directly to the Regional Leasing Manager.

Ensuring all activity is recorded daily and proper steps are followed. Perform general leasing duties when necessary, including tours, lease execution, & prospect communication.
Partner with the Community Manager and communicate with the Asset Manager weekly to set rents and concessions for both renewals and new leases.
Maintain resident relations programs as defined by supervisors with monthly resident events, meeting or exceeding expectations for social media content, survey responses, and online reputation.
Maintain a resident retention plan by contacting lease renewals 90-60 days in advance and use the renewal spreadsheet for these purposes.

Establish a rapport and marketing relationship with major corporations, local businesses, preferred employers, and any other related companies to be competitive in the market.

About the Role The Leasing Manager is responsible for implementing a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income.
They will manage a team of leasing specialists to verify that the leasing strategy is being executed to plan and ensure that all leads are being fielded in a timely manner.
This role will perform and communicate local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings, as well as prepare all advertising materials needed with the assistance of the Community Manager.
