About the role
- Overview This position will be in the Learning Solutions & Technology group within the Workforce Development organization at Electric Boat.
- This group is responsible for learning solutions, and providing key deliverables for training activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency and 4+ years of curriculum development experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of curriculum development experience 1+ years of experience in any aspect of the
- 1+ years experience in project management
Nice to have
- Instructional Systems Design degree Instructional Design experience for a defense contractor and/or US Military.
- Technical experience in manufacturing or engineering Skills Ability to handle multiple, time sensitive projects while focusing on quality of work
- 1+ years experience in project management Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
