  • You will be responsible for overseeing the development of and engag ing third party golfer research for psychographic and demographic segmentation, product demands and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Can you walk us through how you have developed and executed a product line strategy end-to-end, and how you used consumer or market insights to influence key decisions and drive results?
  • Tell us about a time you led a cross-functional team through a product launch across multiple markets-how did you ensure alignment, manage trade-offs, and deliver against financial and brand objectives?

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required with a strong academic track record
  • 5-7+ years of success in Product Management, Product Line Management, Category Management, Business Operations, or Marketing
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations
  • Solid understanding of the golf industry and strong knowledge of the game
  • Experience analyzing product performance, forecasting demand, and managing profitability
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • valid passport required
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Experience with PLM systems preferred; high proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills
  • flexibility to work off-hours to support global teams

Compensation

  • $101,727.00-$129,537.00
