About the role
- Plans, directs and controls all maintenance activities for Cumberland Mine's CM and Outby areas.
- Proficient in all aspects of communication, written and oral.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop their workforce.
- Continuously manages to perform at or to reduce mean time to repair ratio.
- Manage daily and monthly maintenance costs.
Requirements
- Job Specific and/or Technical Skills Required
- Must have working knowledge of Federal and State Laws, UMWA Contract and Company Policies.
- Must be able to read, understand, and use engineering maps, drawings, and plans.
- Prefer BS or Technical Degree in maintenance or mining related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment coordinating all maintenance activities with the operation of the mine.
- Prefer PA State Electrical certification or ability to obtain within one year.
