About the role

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Payroll Specialist role in the Brookfield, WI area.
The position is responsible for all payroll processing activities, oversees a team of Payroll Advisors and Coordinators, and ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Payroll Processing: Process accurate payroll on regular cycles (weekly, biweekly) for employees, including processing manual checks and managing direct deposits.

You'll assist with client setups, lead ancillary service upgrades, support escalated client calls, and collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues.

Nice to have
