Own event strategy and execution end-to-end, including attendance-driving, pre- and post-event nurture, and measurement of ROI.
As our Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will build and optimize scalable campaign frameworks, ABM programs, and insights-to-action workflows that support growth across R1's portfolio.
Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality leads and build pipeline.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Commercial Operations, and Product Marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life and ensure measurement and performance rigor across all channels.

Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to shape strategy (not just execute it) and translate insights into organization-wide action.

Experience managing or heavily using Salesforce, ABM platforms, ZoomInfo, Demandbase or similar platforms
experience overseeing vendor or agency relationships is a plus.

10-12 years in B2B demand generation, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, AI, or enterprise complex-sales environments.
Proven track record owning integrated campaign strategy, ABM, and pipeline generation at scale, including budget/investment accountability.
Prior experience mentoring junior marketers, direct reports, or cross-functional project teams.
Exceptional program and project leadership, able to oversee multiple complex, concurrent initiatives and set priorities for others.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $90,295.00 - $130,765.22 per year.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
