Responsibilities
- Program Management Support Overall contract execution across all five task areas Performance management, reporting, and strategic planning Budget/PPBE support and resource management Knowledge management and SharePoint administration Executive Secretariat and continuous improvement support The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with CISA's Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) and is responsible for the overall execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity collaboration support services contract.
Requirements
- Direct influence on JCDC's operational effectiveness and ability to execute its national cybersecurity mission.
- Experience with federal budget processes and PPBE Experience developing standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Public Administration, or related field Master's degree in
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
