About Da-Lee Group Da-Lee Group is a rapidly growing and private equity-backed business leading in environmental services, industrial cleaning, and dust control solutions across Ontario and the USA.
Position Overview As a DZ-licensed driver, your primary role is operating specialized trucks for dust control and bulk deliveries.
Your live load and cross-border operations expertise ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.

Drive across Ontario, with occasional cross-border travel to the U.S. (2-3 months/year in winter) and inter-provincial travel to Nova Scotia or Montreal (~10%).
Perform shop duties on rain days, including cleaning trucks or other operational support tasks to maintain full-time hours.
Maintain excellent customer service standards, using sound judgment when adapting to job site conditions (e.g., determining appropriate gravel use).
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Da-Lee is positioned for aggressive growth and transformation-expanding operations, integrating acquired entities, and building a scalable business infrastructure.
Operating in a project-based, field-driven environment, Da-Lee combines service excellence and integrity with environmental responsibility to support municipal, commercial, and industrial clients across the province.

Must be able to operate standard transmission.
Valid DZ license with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
Truck and pup experience is considered an asset.
Willingness to undergo cross-border drug testing.
Must be customer-service oriented and capable of making real-time judgment calls on-site.
Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients on job details and changes.
Cross-border and inter-provincial travel readiness (including valid passport or eligibility).
Minimum 5-year accident-free record.
