About the role
- This role requires both systems thinking and hands-on execution.
- You'll help define foundational IT workflows and tooling as we scale, while also serving as the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving issues across the team.
- This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- With the traction to support conviction in our model, we raised significant funding from top investors (Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, and Accel) to build an exceptional team of engineers and operators.
- You'll oversee our infrastructure across identity, access, device management, and compliance - while also supporting day-to-day IT needs like access requests, device provisioning, and distributed workforce support.
- Own our internal IT infrastructure - including identity, device, and systems management
- Build and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, reducing manual setup and access errors
- Support a growing distributed workforce - including offsite device logistics, access controls, and endpoint security
- Write and maintain automation scripts and lightweight integrations across internal systems
- Partner with engineering and compliance to support SOC2/HITRUST posture and audit readiness
- Comfort designing workflows and automation to support scale and compliance
- Strong communication and support instincts, with a user-first mindset
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in IT operations, internal systems, or infrastructure support
- Proficiency in scripting and building automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python)

Nice to have
- Experience with cloud IAM systems (AWS preferred), and Zero Trust or identity governance tools
Skills
- Administer and improve core tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, Slack, and Twingate
