About the role

Work Environment: This role operates in a distribution center environment.
The role may involve occasional presence in an office setting but will primarily be embedded in a warehouse or logistics operation.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.

This role is responsible for owning investigations, driving corrective actions, and delivering measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost.
Essential Functions
Ensure that manufacturing processes follow all applicable laws and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batching, filling, and packaging processes, including optimization of equipment settings and process parameters
Integrate materials, equipment, and process changes to improve overall manufacturing system performance
Plan and execute production trials, pilot runs, and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
Write and execute test protocols, engineering reports, and documentation including risk management, control plans, and validation activities
Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
