About the role
- Work Environment: This role operates in a distribution center environment.
- The role may involve occasional presence in an office setting but will primarily be embedded in a warehouse or logistics operation.
Requirements

- Essential Functions
- Ensure that manufacturing processes follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batching, filling, and packaging processes, including optimization of equipment settings and process parameters
- Integrate materials, equipment, and process changes to improve overall manufacturing system performance
- Plan and execute production trials, pilot runs, and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Write and execute test protocols, engineering reports, and documentation including risk management, control plans, and validation activities
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
