About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time, and reliability
- Support sourcing of raw materials, equipment, and services for company projects
- Support maintaining supplier relationships to ensure supply stability
- Support contract terms, payment terms, and supplier documentation handling
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system
Requirements
- 1 year of procurement, purchasing, logistic, supply chain experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or procurement tools
- The Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
Nice to have
- Bilingual ability (Mandarin & English)
- Understanding of semiconductor or construction-related materials and equipment
