About the role

As a leader, you will sit at the intersection of Policy, Product, Operations, and business teams, ensuring policy intent is mirrored in enforcement outcomes, and policies are responsive to shifts in content trends and user behavior.

High-Quality Labeling & Evaluation: Lead the team on production of high-confidence labeled datasets to support policy performance evaluation across features and identify areas of ambiguity that need to be addressed through policy guidance.
Business Partnership: Act as a key partner to business teams in areas such as monetized products and emerging business strategy, providing guidance on policy approach, establishing new processes, and coordinating with policy development and product policy teams to support novel issue areas.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, navigate competing priorities between business growth and platform safety, and build deep cross-functional alliances.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of Policy Leads and Managers.
Lead the team on production of high-confidence labeled datasets to support policy performance evaluation across features and identify areas of ambiguity that need to be addressed through policy guidance.
Act as a key partner to business teams in areas such as monetized products and emerging business strategy, providing guidance on policy approach, establishing new processes, and coordinating with policy development and product policy teams to support novel issue areas.

5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Policy, Content Operations, Risk Management, or a related field in a high-growth tech environment.
4+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, culturally diverse, globally distributed teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex operational data into clear, strategic narratives for executive leadership.

Experience working across multiple feature areas (feed, search, live, DMs, etc.).
Advanced degree (JD, MPP, MBA, or equivalent) in public policy, law, data science, or a related field.

Strong technical aptitude with experience steering data-driven quality assurance, audit, or compliance frameworks at scale.
Comfort collaborating directly with ML/AI engineering teams on automated enforcement workflows.
