About the role

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree (typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills-both verbal and written.
- A solid understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
Compensation
- You will be managing the company's employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and wellness initiatives.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in end-of-year compensation planning, working on salary structures, pay scales, and bonus programs.
- You will develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on compliance-related topics such as harassment prevention, diversity, wage and hour laws, safety protocols, and anti-discrimination policies.
