About the role

D&G Landscaping is a commercial landscaping and heavy civil construction company based in Greely, Ontario.
Our projects include Parliament (West Block & Centre Block), Lansdowne Park, Rideau Street, Elgin Street, multiple OLRT Stations to name just a few.
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of landscaping and civil construction projects across industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, and public infrastructure sectors.

Manage day-to-day project operations, scheduling, coordination, and communication with clients and subcontractors
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to plan work and identify risks or opportunities
Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and site logistics planning
Support change management, including pricing, documentation, and negotiation of change orders

Minimum five years of experience in project management within civil construction, landscaping, excavation, or related sectors
Experience with progress quantities, unit-rate civil work, and change pricing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with construction software such as Bluebeam or similar platforms
This role also supports estimating activities during seasonal downtime, including quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation as required.
Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings, grading plans, and landscape designs
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Valid G-class driver's license
