About the role

  • Account Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients and Account Executives.
  • They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the activity for assigned accounts
  • Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client
  • Create schedules of insurance and proposals
  • Manage day-to-day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions
  • Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents as needed
  • Support administration of program adjustments including dividend and audit adjustments

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • REQUIRED: Candidates with current commercial insurance industry experience, licensed in P&C.
  • Strongly prefer candidates with at least 2-3+ years of experience working for a commercial insurance brokerage servicing middle market to large accounts.
  • MUST HAVE: Strong sense of urgency and thoroughness.
  • Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Team Player: Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The national average salary for this role is $70 000.00 - $95 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.

Nice to have

  • College degree in Insurance or related field preferred but not required
  • P&C Brokers License preferred

Compensation

  • The national average salary for this role is $70 000.00 - $95 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
  • The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
