Skills
- Licensed LMFT or LCSW (Required)
- Strong understanding of substance use disorders, mental health, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Knowledge of State & Accreditation requirements (DHCS, JCAHO, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in documentation compliance.
